What is the difference between electrostatic and water electret treatment?
Melt-blown electrostatic electret technology is to pre-add tourmaline, silicon dioxide, zirconium phosphate and other inorganic materials into PP raw materials, charge the melt-blown materials through one or more groups of corona discharge, and then wind the cloth. The needle electrode voltage of the electrostatic generator is 35-50 KV.
The melt-blown mask machine HM1600 with common electrostatic electret treatment is used to produce melt-blown masks of 3-layer surgical masks (1/2/3 or other brackets) and N95&FFP2 folding masks.
